No, but they will go after trading of the asset itself in the US which will negatively impact its price (the thing you care about) because nobody in the US will be able to trade it, as well as the fact that no companies with a presence in the US will want to use the asset (the endgame for something like Link and its peers)

You can only get so rich off of dumb retail for so long before it all comes crashing down (which is likely will within the next couple years as the SEC finally moves on chains that did ICOs in the US after the Ripple suit is finished)

That's not the definition of scammer. When I sell something to someone that is buying is because 1. I think it's not going higher and 2. he thinks it's going to higher. It's a voluntary agreement. We both are taking a risk.

The definition of scammer is, someone who sells something while having information that he is intentionally hiding to the buyer. Which is not true in my case because we're both playing with the rules of the market :)
