I want a taste of the good life. I don't just mean comfy with a few nice things, I want an empire. Land, collections of fine art, resources, the works. Money will help me get there, but where do I start? I've played with options and had moderate success and learned some expensive lessons.

What's the next step here? Real estate? Trade on margin? I am unwilling to do anything with crypto because I don't think any of it's legit. The tech behind it is legit though. But I digest. Where do I go from here?
