This exchanges are so fucking stupid, its not about what projects had security offers, the tokens aren't securities, the SEC naming tokens is a smoke screen. The SEC's real argument is that ANYTHING is a security if the buyer buys it for investment purposes. How do people not realize this is a massive expansion of the gov's power in restricting how people spend their money?
