We use gryvnya, economic in ass, because food prices are like in USA now, rent a simple apartment is 200$, middle salary is 300-350$

You can just google something like "Bitcoin wallet". All crypto-transactions are publicly visible, though. The anonymous crypto is Monero. You can download the wallet for it on getmonero.org, though you'll need to download ~150GB of blockchain-data once you've installed the wallet. I don't know whether that's possible for you since I don't know how good your Internet connection is.
