I have 60k saved, a house and a land in Portugal in a small village and a piece of land with olive trees, planning to plant some grapses and shit , a 2020 volkswagen golf, an 135 m2 (1453 sqft) 3 bedroom 1 bathroom with a nice kitchen apartament in Romania. Does this makes me rich or something? I could setup that apartament as an Airbnb cuz there are a lot of tourists in that city, also in in a very good position.

I had the house and the land for 20 years and the apartament for 5 years, the house was an inheritance and the apartament was cheap as fuck, 25k for the apartament +7500 for the kitchen renovation, I just need to pay off the car and I'm all done.
I don't know anyone like me, not even my friends, yeah maybe they have a cool car or a brand new pc but not some cool ass properties. It feels a little werid.
If something bad happened here in Spain, I could go to Portugal or Romania, but they couldn't. Only 1 of my friends has a car here in Spain and a house in Romania, the rest have nothing, just a car or little piece land that is neither fertile nor buildable that is worth almost nothing. I feel bad for them tho
