Without question. The blood on the window you can tell from how it came out and color, is arterial spray. He punctured an artery. He likely had 2 minutes to apply pressure before completely bleeding out, and given the scene I'd say that likely didn't happen for him.

You can also see on the extended video that when he tries to lift his arm it is completely limp, he lost function of it, so probably significant nerve damage which kept him from feeling too much pain. And then he appears to look quite light headed.

Yep. Had a mate do the same on a drunken night out in the city. People don't understand how quickly blood comes out from an artery. It was like a tap on full blast. Got a belt around his upper arm which stemmed the flow and the ambulance thankfully got there quick. Medics said we saved his life. Still took the surgeons 12hrs to get it sewn up.
