I took a massive loss in 2022 because of the sanctions on Russia. However, I wasn't hurt by the drop in the S&P 500 last year because of my hedges.

I've made some profits this year, but nothing crazy, since most of my investments are either in commodity stocks (energy, materials, agriculture), Emerging Markets, Large Cap values, or 1/mo T-Bills. I sold off my industrials about a month ago for a nice profit.

Anybody that bought large Tech stocks like Nvidia and Apple at the beginning of this year are up dramatically. They are way overpriced in my opinion, but it doesn't matter what I think, it's whatever the market wants.

How hard/easy is it to transition from crypto to stocks? Does it differ from country to country?

I think crypto completely relies on technical analysis, since there isn't much to fundamentals. I only ever dabbled in crypto and made a little bit on Bitcoin, but I don't know much about it honestly.

Stocks are actual business, so I'd recommend learning how to read balance sheets, cash flow statements and Profit/Lose statements.

I did the Hormozi mini-wheats bulk thing for 5 weeks. Gained about 20lbs of mass with 8lbs of it being muscle. Cutting is super easy now with fasting. Added 35lbs to my bench, 15lbs to my curls, and 150lbs to my squat. Chest is 50" Biceps 18.5" and neck is up an insane amount from 15" (bad case of pencil neck since I'm tall) up to 17" Finally managed to bring my weakest lift, OHP, to 100lbs, which for my size is really low but I've got horrible shoulder mobility so it's whatever. Been looking into peptides to get rid of my hard to lose fat but I'm deciding to stick it out until I plateau.

Also started maxing vitamin D to 45,000 IU a day + Selenium + Zinc + 4-5L of water and my cock is now pushing 8 inches in BDL and 6 inches in circumference up from 7inches last year and 5.6 inches girth.

Last year I got washed out of crypto, lost my sales job, and I had to close my side-business down this January. 40K of credit card debt is hitting collections next month which doesn't bug me at all since I have zero assets in my name.

Turning 29 this year and I decided to just do the Archer thing and become a bartender and bang some college girls for a bit until I pick up my next venture. Maybe I'll get lucky and nail an HR roastie and get some cushy bullshit 'culture' or sales director position.

Biggest takeaway is that this whole jewish banking system is basically a meatgrinder for the human spirit. Probably gonna just stick to holding physical cash, monero, and boomer metals for a bit.

Nobody is going to magically make money in this economy, because it's a stagnation/recession that's been artificially held back and delayed. There are no get rich quick schemes, though my investments in the MIC have been doing decently.
