Well, i'm older myself so it's pretty natural that i know how older skin looks? I once did like a few hours research on skincare routines, huge deal. The gist is that going ham on tretinoin and deep peels will make your skin look more like plastic, which you can clearly see on him. It's not that uncommon, you can see that on many older people that look youthful for their age but a bit off. Once you know, you can easily account for the difference and guess age more correctly.
