My room used to look like this, now there's not even a spec of dust.
Your life will improve a lot if you clean your room, put in some high oxygen plants, let sunlight inside (the UV rays from direct sunlight kills bacteria) and also maybe throw in an oil diffuser, the water locks onto dust particles in the air & forced them onto the ground improving air quality

looks like how my room looked a year back. jesus. I was sick constantly. tiny little student room with mold in and every centimetre covered in shit. exposed bin bags and stuff. the whole works. was strangly comfy to live in filth, just rip the bong and game on my crusty chair... but....
