i do something similar. i have a sauna that i use almost daily and then rinse off with a filtered cold shower without any product. i only use aryuvedic hand soap after handling dirty stuff. i spend about $10 total in hygeine per year.

there will be dead skin and hairs everywhere, parts of your chair will be very dirty because of dead skin accumulating, your fingers will be oily so you will have to wash them daily
beard is extremely dry, hairs are normal
I don't smell anything (I asked someone else) but I don't sweat so that might be why

I think there's a middle ground between showering everyday and never showering, use organic products/soap to remove dead skin, avoid using products when it makes sense
