Good luck anon, maybe you find some shit tier scam exchange or try your luck on localbitcoins but even there you need ID verification for any relevant amount. And for small amounts BTC is useless atm.

Coinfloor is based in London and has a London office but their bank is in Poland but their BTC prices tend to be lower on the exchange, same as BCH, think they're adding Eth and LTC soon too.

Minimum of £2500 per bank transfer tho to fund your account.
