Quick update for the weekend! The megumin reships are going out this coming week. we confirmed the issue with why they couldnt make it and its rectified. PO box says we have a couple more on the way back we should have tomorrow/sat then we will get new tracking numbers out to you next week

Pretty interesting update on otoya coin PO period, based on tonights numbers we above 300 coins to be minted. 53 gildeds left on the table as of now and 630 ish serialized left.

Thats all for now! thanks again for sticking with us.

No! Sadly we dont have the capital to dump into all of the extra's, the idea with only minting 900 regulars and 100 gilded was is partly due to making sure they remain special and due to numbering on the coins themselves not being applicable past 4 digits. If we sell out of the serialized coins we will open up a seperate option for non serialized.

That's assuming electric doesn't get far enough ahead people drop fuel cells altogether because of the amount of time, and money it would take for FCs to be on par with electric, since electric is the main focus right now its making the greatest strides. I sell coins on ebay

anything that cheap I'd probably just mail in a regular envelope with the 75 cents postage or whatever it weighs. If you want to get fancy you can do 1st class USPS with tracking for about $4 but that's overkill on a sale that small.

I do regular mail up to about $50, then 1st class package with tracking up to about $500. Over $500 I require a signature and insurance.

regarding getting scammed, it doesn't happen much. Might happen more often to someone selling RM's but I doubt it. I've sold thousands of coins and tens of thousands of antiques and never had a problem with either USPS or scamming customers. Just don't sell outside the US.

Slowly boiled frogs... that said, the inflation of the past 2 years have been quite the electroshock to numerous normoids.
I've been harrassing my dad for well over a decade, telling him to change his government-backed digital TP scam for HARD assets, and he always was saying
>yeah yeah maybe later peepoo poopee, stop being so gloom and doom..
He have 200K€ sitting on one of his bank account for maybe 25 years (was a compensation he got when he left his position from a top100).
I told him that if back then he bought gold with the money, he could have purchased 800oz.
Nowaday, with the same amount of (((cash))), he can only get 108oz.
So basically for trusting the jews/government cartel, his purchasing power got divided by 8. If he saved money for 24 years, now he only have 3 years left worth of savings.
It's 3rd grade logic, but something in him finally broke (probably the anger of getting stolen years if not decades of hard work), and a week later he was proudly showing me 3x100gr gold bars he just purchased. I could see the glittering in his eyes, like a 60yo kid holding a real treasure for the first time.
Since then i tried to convince him about silver, but it's like his normie software got rebooted and i've to start it all over again, with the same fucking arguments.

Too bad the horse was already mostly out of the barn, but since currencies depreciation always culminate and fasten toward the end, at least he could save something before the SHTF. Most wont have this "chance" (it's not really a chance, they simply are retards).

Same in the US, where "dollar" is actually defined as an amount of silver grains. That unit of measure got lost and became meaningless after 1964.
And in other european countries, it's basically the same story. The money got debased around the same time, sometimes just a little bit slower. In France you still had 50 francs Hercule coins minted through the 70's. But eventually all coins designed for circulation were debased and only special "commemorative" stuff was made in silver.

>>55029915
If he's 60 then he might have actually handled silver coins as a kid. There would still have been some in circulation. It's weird that he doesn't make the connection. Also he could have just saved all those he got in his change back then, and maybe ended up with a decent stack for free (but this part would have required more foresight and knowledge of history).
Also another thing I noticed: a lot of video games and such have gold, maybe even silver coins in the game. You spend those coins to buy stuff in the game. But somehow this becomes totally forgotten once the player returns to reality.

you could find silver in circulation pretty often right up to the 80's. Boomers consider it trash for the same reason people now consider copper nickel coins garbage. We grew up with it, it wasn't particularly valuable back then. It's still not particularly valuable now. An ounce of silver was an hour of unskilled labor back then, and it's an hour of unskilled labor now. A quarter was 15 minutes of work, a dime about 5 minutes of your life. Not a big deal.

Silver isn't worth as much as gold, but it's still a precious metal (and often used in jewelry and luxury merchandise). So it's weird a lot of people didn't notice or care about their money being debased over decades. But especially looking back now (on the edge of a financial precipice) the connection should be obvious.

Silver mines are running out. Gold too. In a decade we will all wish we just went all in into precious metals. It isn't an investment? That's literally a crock of fucking shit. Look at the price gold was a mere decade ago. At this point you at the bare minimum will double your money in another decade. I used to conveniently 'invest' via the normal routes, now I know it's manipulated shit. Worthless unless you're at the top. I am only doing what the elite are doing, even Pelosi's faggot husband are going 70% or more into precious metals and their mines. Silver to 3k an ounce by 2030 and gold to 25k an ounce. >If you ever have to sell your precious metals because of some financial emergency then you have gone too hard on precious metals.
I'd say it depends on how big and immediate of an emergency, how much money and what kind of metal we're talking about. I don't see how gold with the 1% premiums is a bad way to store any funds in general, even for emergencies unless it's something so time critical that a day or two worst case would be too long to wait for the cash which I'm not sure what kind of emergency that would be. Premiums are so low that taking that 1% cut doesn't hurt much and generally, by the time you might have to liquidate some, if at all, it's going to be worth more than when you bought so nothing is lost unless you're really unlucky with the timing. And if you don't have any emergencies you end up with more metal, so win-win. This is less true for silver because of higher volatility and premiums but even if I had to sell all my silver right now I'd not have lost any money except to inflation. Not saying having some cash is a bad idea, but keeping 10k under the bed just in case seems like a waste. Or maybe I'm just too poor to get it.

silver has a higher upside potential.
the gold to silver ratio is around 1:82, when hostorically it's been 1:16. so if there is ever a correction you 5x your fiat.
but most aren't looking to reconvert their PMs to fiat, most are holding out for the collapse of fiat; which has always failed due to inflation.
Wiermar Germany tends to be an example. An ounce of gold could have gotten you a house on a fashionable street in Berlin.
Well silver would've been used for a cart full of bread, while everyone else was trying to stack millions, if not billions, of marks for a single loaf.
The everyday use of silver for post collapse fiat is the big appeal. A gram of gold right now would net you ~75$ worth of grocery's and is tiny. or i could use two or three silver ounces which are much easier to keep track of.
see that little coin by her feet, not the one in the ringed case, the other one. that's 1 gram.

>Because it serves as fractional gold. Silver is the people's money, in the event of a fiat collapse, silver will allow you to do day to day trade.
Many silverbugs believe that silver is significantly undervalued relative to gold. It comes out of the ground at a rate of around 8oz silver per 1oz gold but is priced at 80 silver : 1 gold. Instead of being turned into bullion and vaulted like 90+% of gold, the majority gets used up and lost, so it is much more scarce than the price would suggest. Historically the price has been more volatile and enjoys greater gains than gold during precious metal bull markets, but also falls further in bear markets. People who bought for $5 in the early 2000s and sold for $45 within a decade made out well, but those who bought at $40 are still underwater. Those of us who loaded up at under $15 more recently are sitting comfy, whereas those who FOMOd at $40 are not. If you can get good deals instead of paying retail or manage to buy low instead of following the herd and buying high then silver is a far more exciting speculation or investment than gold. New industrial and tech uses for silver are being discovered and developed every day, and it is a critical component of photovoltaic, battery, and communication/computing tech and infrastructure with demand already exceeding mined supply. If Gov'ts move forward with "green new deal" 4th industrial revolution globohomo agendas then the silver required to meet all their stated goals would exceed all that has ever been mined in all of human history. Gold is wonderful, but silver has always been much more dynamic and interesting to me.

I understand where the silverbugs are coming from, but I much prefer to base my choices off the trajectory of the spot price than the speculation of silver mooning. I know I know, the spot price is make believe and when the derivatives can no longer be used the real price will be found, but that's also speculation that there's going to be a crash in the first place. If the banksters can get away with half a century's worth of manipulation, you can bet your ass that they will find other ways to kick the can down the road. We also have CBDC on the horizon, and the enslaved masses will gladly put on the financial chains because the masses do what their masters tell them to do. Nothing is going to happen until BRICS becomes a real competitor to the USD, which underpins the western financial system.

TLDR

BRICS needs to work
Non members join the bloc
Nations de-dollarize by spending them in the United States in mass
Hyperinflation
Crack up Boom
Central banking collapse
Precious metals on the local level
Bitcoin used for national and international trade transactions
People reject the tyranny of the state forcing them to use CBDC

Yeah, this makes sense as well. If I was trying to turn quick profits (less than 10 years) or thought there was a significant chance so would need to get rid of my metals within the next few years, I would be more concerned with the trajectory of the spot price as well. But to me, when your time horizon is over 10 years, the current trajectory isn't very important.
I really don't think CBDCs will work at all, here in burgerland, at least. There are enough people here who just won't use it, IMHO.
I think a better case for gold over silver is pointing out the not-unlikely scenario that central banks, who do hoard gold, manage to maintain their power, and thus keep the price of gold high as they continue to buy gold. Meanwhile they would keep the "poor man's gold" suppressed by keeping the poor man suppressed.
I'm not sure how, but in the long run, I just personally don't foresee it working out that way. Globally, on long scales of time, centralization of power seems swing back and forth like a pendulum, between centralization and decentralization. Currently, I think the centralized globalist powers have pushed the pendulum about as far as they can. No matter what they do, the pendulum is at least slowing down, and maybe even started swinging back the other way. We've had populist movements in the US and the UK with Trump and Johnson and Brexit. A trade and economic war between the east and west (decreasing globalization) has been heating up. The globalists backed off of the covid scam and the "vaccine" mandates, probably due to the people's non-compliance. We still have a long way to go, and I'm sure the centralized powers have some more tricks up their sleeves, but it seems to me the momentum is shifting.

It's worse. 457.98 Euros today is $494,710.
Silver today (per Yahoo) is $24.02/ozt.
494,710 / 24.02 = 20,596 ozt = 640.6 kg.
He's saying a house *was* worth 109 kg in 1914 RM Ag.
He wonders why Ag is so low. Putting aside "it's the Joooos", there's also the production increase, which in the first half of the 20th century was 15% higher than all of history before 1900 combined, and has increased by an additional 65% in the latter half of the 20th century.
inb4 "consumption in electronics!!" yes, and that is a factor in why its price has increased 24-fold since the beginning of the 20th century.

If you think governments and banks can continue to create dollars out of thin air forever, without the dollar ever losing its value, then PMs are probably not for you. If, on the other hand, you know that fiat money ALWAYS goes to zero, then you know that trading fiat for PMs while the fiat still has some buying power is a good long-term strategy for preservation of wealth.

Oh, and don't be offended if people get a little snarky with you - bitching about premiums versus spot is a favorite tactic of fuds on this board.

The entire kilo is a coin-bar. You can tell because it has a face value of 50 dollars.
Now here's a 10 oz round-bar. You can tell it's a round-bar because there's no face value.
Some people insist on calling both of them bars, but they clearly can't into math. The bar part obviously cancels out, and you're left with just coin and round.

A face value on bullion has a few purposes.
1) It is a stamp of provenance that the coin is issued by a sovereign government.
2) Counterfeiting is a more serious crime than faking generic bullion.
3) It is a guarantee of manufacture - metal content, mass, inspection, distribution.
4) It affects taxation when transporting across borders or exchanging for currency.

No, it does not mean it can be used as currency. For one thing, only a fool would use it as such, and in the rare instances where the face could exceed content in value (e.g., the Queen's Beast Completer kilo marked £500), precedent demonstrated banks will not accept it as such.

If they took action to buy silver and gold instead of spending the money to fuel their boat they use twice a year (seriously, boats are retarded expensive to fuel.)It would lead to some denied gratification AND it would acknowledge that their current comfy lives won't last forever. My advice gentlemen is do not stop. You don't need to argue with them about technical or fundamentals or even history. I spent years just exposing my family to 5-10% of my power level. Never giving them conclusions, just pontificating and spewing "hmmmm" inducing moments here and there. My mom has always been a prepper as she wants to take care of everyone but has the tendency to revert o a "jesus take the wheel" approach in the face of uncertainty. My dad has consoomed MSM his entire life to the point that the only way he could intake information was if it was either FOX news or a teevee documentary with fancy narration and b-roll. One day he watches a history channel program about the 1933 gold confiscation, the FEDs probably overstated gold reserves and other shit I've been telling him for years. All of a sudden he's telling ME that they are all liars, as if he had no recollection of my rantings.

I starting gifting silver bullion to my siblings. Each year a few more ounces. gradually they started asking more questions, eventually inviting me to rant the same things over again. Last Christmas my mom made me show her how to but silver and gold online. Few months later, my dad called me and asked the same. They feel something is wrong in the system even if they can't understand exactly what it is.

All you can do is plant the seeds and live by example. By the grace of God they will see through the cracks and act. Just don't give up on them. They may be retarded, but they are your retards.

I was just about to ask about that until I read the replies. I know people aren't beyond making mistakes, nor left at the mercy of a greedy few higher ups, but I had to wonder after reading the pictured: who's to say the "USA" didn't just gain back that gold and has gotten better at keeping it under wraps? >Since gold only stores value, it's not an investment to him.
I don't know if Heresy Financial said that or didn't say that, I'll take your word for it that he did.
The difference between gold and "investing" is that gold is for saving your wealth, not growing it. Therefore both investing in traditional equities and holding gold/silver is a perfectly fine strategy.
But I don't like the concept that gold = bad and investing = good, from an investment standpoint, because of the following reason: You can lose your money when investing. You can do really stupid things while investing using margin or buying NFTs. There are infinitely bad "investments" and a much smaller pool of good investments, particularly those that don't require infinite QE to survive.
Gold is easy to "invest in". Buy, hold. Stocks... crypto... much harder to make money in. Gold is brick stupid.
