New Vegas was a great game hopefully it’s at least half as good. The voice acting is pretty terrible in that trailer though. I hope it does well but I’m not super optimistic about it.

Get your Hbar off Binance, you can get 6.5% natively by staking to the network directly, less risk than being on binance IMO.

As for time frame, depends on too many factors, I don't have a crystal ball. Hoping that real decentralization of nodes will drive demand, though.
