Idk if I buy the myocarditis. I've seen what's in American diet and I can't imagine a 2 year close to sedentary life coupled with what they eat can be good for the heart.

All studies I'm seeing on it seem to point to non-significant change when accounting for individuals that had no Pandemic induced change of habits (mainly ppl that didn't WFH and maintained a fitness lifestyle)
