I'm leaving my union job and going somewhere else. I've got like $47k in my annuity. If I withdraw it early I get about $30k in my hands. I don't think there's a penalty if I just transfer to a 401k at new job, but market is tanking and I've already lost $5k in the annuity because of that. Should I cash out and turn it into metal or transfer it and keep it all?
