Litecoin is faster and has low transaction fees. You might've heard this in most altcoins, but litecoin is also accepted in most places bitcoin is accepted, so you can actually buy things with it. It has 100% uptime for 11+ years, so it has robustness going for it. It doesn't aim to replace bitcoin, only complement it for payments because with all the garbage nfts and brc-20 shitcoins, the transaction fees on btc are getting a little out of hand
