I started heavily smoking weed from age 23 up to when I turned 27, then stopped. I was the guy with the kit, all the accessories, the skills to roll beautiful joints, the whole 9 yards. I won't deny that I had "fun" during those years, but my development into a man severely stagnated because when you're that much into it, it's too difficult to balance your destructive habit with your self-development. You can't be an, intelligent, suave businessman taking care of a beautiful respectable woman, gearing towards building a beautiful family, and a weed fiend at the same time. Stop smoking if you want to climb the ladder boys.

I have smoked for more than 15 years, the last 3 with a vaporizer (verdamper) and now I haven't smoked/vaporized for 4 months because I don't have and I can't buy from trusted sites, I've tried "sensiweeds" and "cannahubble" to get rid of a little vice... do you recommend any trustworthy ones? also using tincture with the remains that I have left.. (it's not bad but I like to feel the smoke / steam)

Just stopping your weed habit won't make a difference at all. You need to substitute it with something else entirely so you can see any meaningful improvement in your life. All those hours you wasted weekly within your habit must be directed towards some kind of project, or goal you want to achieve. The journey truly is an end onto itself. While you're working towards something real not only for yourself but for the people you love you'll begin to see a drastic improvement in your life despite "working" and "struggling" a LOT more.
