100k for tibia lengthening at Paley institute to go from 5’8” to 5’9” then 100k again at Paley institute to go from 5’9” to 5’11”.

Its not great but a lot better than being stuck at 5’8”.

I grew from 5'11 to 6'0 but that was because i had a bad back fixed and began waking with better posture. I still use insoles to help with posture and tho.
