well, he made towncrier, deco, threshold sigs...he wrote the chainlink whitepaper.
he is a researcher, first he always create a theretical paper, then they implement the product.

the idea behind this is to use the same strategy they used previously, first release the scientific paper with the concept. then implement it, with chainlink FSS.
