The companies that actually make money are specialized and weird, like vacuum pump machines for cleaning the oil in electrical transformers, and they sell world wide, not just in their country.
Luxury furniture can be sold in first world countryside because it's too big to ship in from china, expensive experiences or dining could also be possible but it's hit or miss, very risky.
Your best bet is to find something local, like shrimp farming, and then use first world technology to automate it.
What do people do manually in your country?

>What do people do manually in your country?
That's a good question, I honestly don't know how to tackle it. So what you're suggesting is that I find something that is still being done manually and automate it?

Money in 3rd world countries is in boring shit. Roads, towers, sewage.

The best money comes from a box that other people can put stuff in. Like building a town and taking money from business owners. You need a sandbox that other people can use and take risk and profit from.

Above all, this will enable other people to create commerce in your country. Give them a platform and the rest will work itself out.

The real reason 3rd world countries don't develop is the taxes. There are no rich people to carry the weight so it's nearly impossible to create them. Plus rich people don't like carrying the weight.

The fact is that capitalism stifles innovation by requiring some amount of inherited power. You will always have to fight to keep that power because it is unsustainable for equity to be distributed like that.

what we really need is a democracy that somehow brings about commerce. Kind of like an ICO. So that we don't need rich people to make decisions that propel commerce. If you all just agreed to build stuff and use it as a community you would profit in ways that are irrelevant to money

Rent a space and turn it into a sports hall for sports that don’t commonly have facilities in your country but require low capital to create said facilities. Like a small squash court, ping pong tables, etc.
