On a side note I think my hearts failing, I'm the sick anon who posted here a lot, well mostly because I've been sick and my mental and physical health really deteriorated this last two years.
I'm going into the hospital tomorrow, and I'm pretty sure I'm not coming out.
ten months in a row now I've been having a pain in my side like someone stabbed me with a spear and I can feel some disruption around my organs making me extremely sick with high fevers when it happens.
Had a few near heart attacks last year, and these last two days I've felt stabbing pain in the carotid artery when I drink or breath, I can feel what feels like pushing a marble through my vein when it happens.

TLDR fairly sure I'm going to die finally this week, I'm gonna make it anons.

I only know a bit about nutrition and supplements but I am not a doctor. Omega-3 fatty acids (think fish and fish oil pills) have been successfully used in the treatment of psychiatric disorders. It's largely lacking from the modern diet. CBD and NAC helped me a lot (OCD/'tism symptoms disappearing), though they have other benefits too.
