I have always been a heavy tipper, sometimes up to 25/30. I got money, idc. But ever since I got the feeling that they want to force me to tip, I became more and more hostile to the idea. Even holding a tablet or Credit Card Reader in my face where I have to enter the amount to tip before I can proceed with the transaction is an absolute no go. I tip because I can, not because some schmuck forces me to. I have stopped tipping in a lot of places and only hand out tips if there is a very hot girl serving. I also let her know its just because of her looks, not because of the service that was barely about the level of a trained monkey. Male or ugly servers have never gotten any tips.

a lot of these places calculate tip post tax which is clearly incorrect. imagine government hikes sales tax to something absurd like 200%. why would you calculate tip on that? presenting post tax calculated tip options is unethical and a scam.

I work for a transportation company. Surprisingly, the worst tippers are people who are highly educated. Best tippers are entrepreneurs/business owners.

They feel entitled to own something someone else owns, and they assume that because they are renting someone else's thing, that it is now their thing.
Basically they're like children who never learned to not take what isn't theirs, wanna be thieves, niggers.
The best renter just pays his rent and keeps the place in a reasonable condition then leaves when the lease is up or stays month to month since they aren't a garbage human.
Going beyond that just shows why the individual is a rentoid and not a homeowner, their nonwhite DNA refuses to let them be at peace that someone has something they don't have and likely will never own.

They do? back when I rented, I always got my entire deposit back and usually money taken off of my rent during my stay. and it takes minimal effort to not leave the place looking like a dump before you leave, and making minor repairs on your own so they don’t have to contact an expensive repair contractor. It will save both of you a ton of money.
