I want to get a nice house and rural property of about 20 hectares, travel sometimes but mostly just work on my property hunting animals like kangaroos (no clue where I'm from), having crops, an orchard, and some animals, selling some to market not mainly for profit but just to do something good for others; generating the most of my positive cash flow through investments and trading still. I would have a kick ass trading room with several monitors and the fastest internet rural Straya can get. I don't mind having to do a lot of work myself like cooking and cleaning which 'rich people get other things to do', because I want to be fairly self sufficient and alone. As far as sex and women go I don't need them as much as most men do but if possible maybe get an autistic wife at some point who is fairly intelligent and likes the idea of doing some work on a farm with an loner husband, and not being le big city type.

I am at this point and feel utterly miserable.

Primarily to help my mother and younger brother. My father used to beat us constantly and I know very well although she doesn't tell me, that he abused my mother. To live comfortably and not have to work; yes, but also to be able to afford to retire comfortably. If I don't marry and have no kids I'll need some top tier retirement assistance when I'm very old. That costs money. I'd ideally like a family, but who knows.

I'd also like to help my siblings, should they need it, and buy my parents houses/cover most of their retirement costs. They're both separated and could use the help. Not sure if my Dad would ever accept my help, though. He's very stubborn and proud, but I hope he does. I think I'm owed the right to help him in his old age as his son. That's my duty, and I want to be able to do so (if I can).

Apart from that I'd like to live near the water and spend most of my leisurely hours reading and possibly getting into a couple of tactile hobbies where I can make or restore things.

Work is so much stress to me, anon. I would probably dive deeper into one of my hobbies or just get a new one. After work I am so fucking tired to do anything. Also might travel from time to time - could be so much affordable if planning on your own and ahead of time.

I used to live frugally (anyway good salary didn't make me much happier and I already bought everything I ever wanted):
1) don't need much new clothes, new phone or computer
2) live not in the city center for cheaper rent (moreover it's less people in the area I live - feels comfy, smth that I didn't value while being younger)
3) cook on my own (tastier, healthier and cheaper)
4) use bicycle (though I live in comfy EU city, so this one is really situational, not every anon can use bicycle)

Luckily NEET is achievable for me, sooner or later.

The apartments are passive income. Management agent takes 10%, you're hands-off. The fishing boat is for me as a work hobby, so that's not really passive income. You CAN own a boat and get someone else to skipper it, but you have legal responsibilities that mean it's not really passive income because you're always working the shoreside admin (reporting your take, paying landing dues, keeping bunkers and stores, paying crew). I'm thinking under 10 metres vessel with a shellfish permit, so just shoot a few strings of pots, then for funsies (and your own food) take the boat wreck fishing or spinning for mackerel while the pots soak
