Don't justify it. Don't argue with them. Refuse. If they press you enough that you need to retort, simply call it what it is: demeaning. Then ask to carry on to do your work, and then carry on. Ignore the bullshit mate.

If you're worried about being fired because the management is so asinine and up their own arses that not bowing to the harpies pushing this over doing your own work is a fireable offence, make sure your phone's ready to quickly record audio tomorrow and do so whenever the harpies or headsheds come calling.

I doubt any unfair dismissal tribunal will look kindly on a company firing someone for not performing degrading acts on camera, in a potentially unsafe manner, around heavy and dangerous equipment, unnecessarily taking time away from their actual job role and responsibilities.
