Emin is currently convincing the boomers at the CFTC to ban anything that isn't decentralized which, besides AVAX, leaves only 3 other cryptos in a safe spot. Good luck niggers.

It's performing extraordinarily bad, Absurdly bad even, It's like the market refuse to rate Avalanche.

>> No.54191638

People are still not convinced about the Amazon partnership. If in April they reveal that they are using an Avalanche subnet for their NFT marketplace, I’m thinking people will realize that the partnership is way deeper than most thought. Then it will fucking moon. Also, I’m still convinced a Pokémon partnership of some type is coming. Maybe saved for the summit. In the end, the market is retarded and distracted by fancy words for tech that is always just a few months out.

>> No.54191658

>>54189199
How decentralized is it actually tho?
Like who owns all the coins?
A bunch of OG IC3 whales no?

>> No.54191691

>Then it will fucking moon
I doubt. Avalanche had more cases "to moon" in the past 3 months than basically all the L1s on the market combined yet it performed inversely to what one would expect. Something about the narrative need to change, Whales clearly prefer L2s to Subnets, Influencers clearly have problems with Emin etc. Nothing good Avalanche is doing ever produced a good price action because people don't care about the narrative. If Avalabs don't come up with new narrative the product will die no matter how good it is, Sad but this is the truth in this retarded market.

>> No.54191752

>>54191691
Couple this with Ava Labs working with a law firm to sue other projects on Emin's orders and this thing looks terrible. No one wants to touch it sadly.

Also it just moves coins from A to B faster than ETH and offers nothing new. It's gen 2 tech and we're onto gen 3 now.

>> No.54191767

>>54191691
Also, We're losing TVL, Meaning people with money within the space don't like what Avalanche is doing for whatever reason, Growth in price is correlated first with momentum with the crypto space and not with enterprises and external actors.

Narrative is king, ETH maxis control the narrative and Avalanche should obey if it want to be successful.

>> No.54191814

>>54191767
I'll add that there's really very little to do in order to ride ETH maxis narrative because 99% of the job is done by third parties (Avalanche is already better than ETH for L2s as it is, Mainly because we can use snowman to decentralize the sequencers, Scroll team offered this idea couple of months ago too), Couple of words that show support of the ETH "vision" will suffice, Shooting arrows to every narrative is the right way to go, The Polygon way.

Their NFT crap will be on a centralized database, it will still link/bridge to/utilize Avalanche in some way though. Looks like they are announcing in May, same time as the Avalanche summit ????? And yeah, it will send it.

>> No.54191856

I truly believe Emin and Avalabs autistic stubbornness on brute honesty sabotage the project itself, VCs probably hate this about Avalabs too, They're counter effective for marketing your product

you need to understand that the crypto space is retarded. growth and narrative will come from outside, not within.

I mean the scroll team has a chat with Kevin about using snowman++. I think you guys are looking too much into the narrative argument. That’s all Twitter. When there are real use cases and actual usage on the network, Avax will be back in peoples minds. A lot of announcements so far, but need more usage. Again amazon could be big if it proves to be deeper. Wonder what John was talking about back then.

>> No.54191976

>>54191887
It never came from outside, How new you're? Which project that focused on getting partnerships from outside ever succeeded? You don't remember Vechain? The china hustle trifecta? Hashgraph? Algorand? etc.

Not saying Avalanche isn't focusing on growth within the space tho, They probably among the ones who do most, But there's no intellectual excitement with Avalanche narrative, Avalabs deliver what they promise, The product work as it should, And that's not exciting enough for people and VCs, There's no room for speculation, No danger. Avalabs joined this space with the wrong philosophy, You should hype a lot and deliver very little.

>> No.54195617

I think this is true insofar as so much of the existing capital in crypto is in BTC and ETH or ETH adjacent because these are what are well known and have the most retards on twitter pushing. Personally I don't think it's necessarily avalabs fault, the bag holder effect is extremely strong and it took a historic bull market's worth of activity spiking ETH to absolutely retarded levels of gas consumption for people to really start looking outside that bubble. I think there's a lot of capital that was in avalanche for rush and cheaper fees but is now chasing L2 airdrops/hype right now. That's the reason for this >>54191767 IMO. Avalanche wins by growing the pie with extremely valuable usecases that ETH et al literally cannot technically achieve and there's been so much momentum on that front lately, significant use cases with significant actors simply are not going to develop as fast as a bunch of twitter whales aping in based on some tweets.
>>54191752
lmao we have a new pet boys. What should we name you AtoB guy?
>>54191856
This I might actually agree with kek. Except I think they're ultimately taking the right long term approach, especially since avax's main target is the financial sector.
>>54191976
Avalanche shouldn't be chasing VC money and twitter retards at this point. That's such a limited pool to compete over and is going to get annihilated by the recession.
