do you mean eth foundation? they rarely single out protocols they aren't directly involved with. they participate in smartcon and have mentioned chainlink on multiple occasions. why don't they shill it? because chainlink is primarily concerned with off-chain data. the subject of oracles itself is quite broad, and chainlink while being the most recognizable isn't the only oracle that exists (and this isn't to throw shade or draw a false correlation to pretenders like BAND; oracle is just a very broad term)
