I saw an Anon on /biz/ mention that Rubic is unsafe and the permissions can be used to drain your wallet. Can someone explain what this is about? Is it true? I can't find anything about it from Googling.
I use Rubic to buy tokens because it chooses the best price and now I'm concerned.

There was a USDC smart contract that got compromised a few months ago. Some people lost funds because of that, not sure how big these losses were. The team refunded these addresses from their own wallet and solved the issue in the smart contract. Afaik, Rubic is completely safe to use, haven't heard anything since that compromise
