Yes. The government literally stepped in to "stop contagion" the moment the 3 crypto banks had gone down. And by 'the moment" I mean the exact same minute.
Look at the OP pic. The announcement that SVB depositors would be backstopped was released THE SAME MINUTE that they took Signature, the third bank, down. Signature which wasn't even insolvent.
