Some time not long after 2008, when the establishment centre left won against their antiestablishment fringe and the fringe antiestablishment Right won against their establishment centre. Whatever date you want to put on when that actually happened (and arguably it was earlier for the left than the Right), I imagine that history will come to record the date it occured as 2016, personified by Trump vs Clinton (with Brexit perhaps as a sidenote), in the same way that we say Rome collapsed in AD476 and WW2 started in 1939.
