Reminds me of The Ball Family's shoe company, Big Baller Brand.
In the beginning you had to pre-order the shoes and they were super expensive. For months, no one got the shoes they ordered... then orders started trickling out. Customers did not get the sizes and colors they ordered.
So naturally they called to complain. The customer service reps were combative and had zero regard for anyone.
