LINK has pumped at least 20 times in similar fashion since SIBOS, albeit this is the largest pump to date

mainnet will not be live until the end of Q1 at the absolute earliest. Right now LINK has gathered a lot of attention because of the blog post, and also the fact that random shitcoins are being pumped. In a few weeks the hype likely will die down again and this will return to 40 cents or so. Unless there's an announcement. Which I very much doubt.

survivorship bias. At the same time there are thousands of coins that have pumped and made people who bought the ATH bagholders. It's a matter of statistics. LINK has already done this multiple times. People who've been in the red with LINK for months only just became green yesterday.
