It seems like housing can just continue to get less affordable if we look at places like Canada or California, it just doesn’t seem to matter that the people in the immediate vicinity of the housing can’t afford it, it just keeps going up in price.

It’s happening in a ton of major US cities too, even in my small town in Nebraska it’s happening. But I don’t understand how, how can it just keep going up when the people there can’t even afford to buy it?
