I mean, it would depend on what conspiracies you were listing. If it was fake ones like "birds are real" or "reptilians have disguised themselves as the elites", then you're good. If the conspiracies you were listing were real ones, you may want to go to your local psychiatrist and request to have your meds switched or doubled. Otherwise, there will be consequences.

Real ones, such as how the jews control media, how the government works with the cartels (i.e. they let them make weed illegally in the deserts of california near the border while also killing/doing human trafficking), how poverty is basically made on purpose to make it easier to control the masses while also creating more customers for the cartels, how it coincidently happens to be at its worse in california to make it convenient for cartels to access their customers i.e. california has the highest poverty of all states and people in poverty are the cartels biggest customers), how 9/11 was orchestrated to obtain oil aka invade another country and also to have us comply with less privacy, and how jews create most of the problems to create new markets or increase existing ones which = create a "solution" to the problems they create = more money. For example how the media tries to make people miserable to basically boost sales of pharmaceutical companies and the mental health industry as a whole. Etc. (not just these, but to boost sales of other markets too).
Create more criminals to profit from for profit prisons. Non-profit apparently can benefit the government too.

You can easily free yourself from the constraints of excessive self-censorship by finding a randomchat that works for you. I'd still advise monitoring your power levels at all times as we are living in a panopticon, but this alleviates the issues of prying ears and there are almost no glowies and zero bots in random audiochats.

Unfortunately, we are not plants and some level of audible conversation is required even for the most powerful fallout shelter schizo. Cabin fever has no cure, and yelling at strangers beats screaming into the void. But this will give you an alibi to wail like a banshee no matter what you decide to do.
