explain in a few words why you haven't started to farm people as food to eat, there seem to constantly be more people to farm at the median age of 60, so the field will be wide open to being farmed from a based and redpilled political perspective, it transcends politics, and what, you produce people to survive, it keeps society running, no boss, you choose your hours, like right now, I should have went to my facility and turned the lights on, but I didn't, it's been 1.5 hours and not shit will go wrong, life will continue as normal, build a relationship with your community, sell to local restaurants and at farmers markets, leading to a possible career in politics or political connections, pay is good, work life balance is good, you are doing something that is morally good and matters to life on the planet, you produce an actual physical good or service, marxists should love this, you've literally seized the means of production, so why aren't you a farmer

I used to work in agriculture (for the biggest vegetable seedproducer in the world)
Margins are so utterly dogshit it's barely worth the effort
In the UK for example, the average open field grower (broccoli, cauliflower cabbage etc) will get about £1.20 for every £1 they spend

Crops are grown all across the world and priced differently in each market, even tomatoes produced in Spain are priced differently in say Italy compared to how they are priced in France.
There is an "order" to these things, but it's a very competitive industry.

The most lucrative thing you can grow are small cocktail style tomatoes and similar varieties. 1 tomato seed can net you up to 30kg of tomatoes, but go look at the price of seeds. They are worth more than gold by weight.

That said, it's a great thing to get into and you should take pride in doing it, but growing fruit and vegetables should be done as a hobby or for personal and local consumption.

In a few days I am going to buy the seeds to make purple cabbage, here in my country cabbage is very expensive, and it is consumed a lot. It is also not a very expensive crop to grow, and it has very good profit margins.
But what worries me the most is theft, so I'll have to stay there with my father to take care of the crop once it's ready. The investment is between 500 and 750, it is a lot of money, but if things go well I can earn 600% in 4 or 5 months.

You know what the problem is, the problem is growing something when everyone grows the same thing. It is a simple question of supply and demand, you have to grow things with a lot of demand, but with little supply. This varies from country to country, so you have to study the market well.

Seeing stories like this really makes me appreciate my country. Where I live, I don't even need to risk my life 3 times a day to hike down to the river to wash my dishes, and I've never needed two generations of family members to defend fucking cabbage

I wish you well

You're mistaken if you think amerimutt farmers don't need to guard and defend their cash crops throughout the harvesting season.

I am a poorfag renter with almost no money, but I still have a small garden I grow vegetables in. Always grow beans, they're super easy and really productive. Also grew chard and tomatoes and strawberries. All in pots. I don't buy seeds for the beans or tomatoes, just save them from the previous. Dry beans keep for ages, I've been planting out a jar of the same beans for the last three years and they're still good.

I also germinate one fruit tree each year and give the potted seedling to a family member once it's 12 months old. Plum tree this time, grown from the stone of a fruit from the shop.

Really easy hobby, just dirt and water and a few minutes watering each day, but feels great to have fresh food with no chemicals or pesticides i can just go out and pick whenever. If i can do it anyone can.
