Best medicine/drug to suppress the hunger feeling with no/low addiction and harm to the body? I spend too much money on food and got fat. I don't want to ask the faggots at /fit/.

Do you have any example or name?

Do not take drugs, major side effects all of them. Eat high macro protein/fat low calorie foods. Eggs, steak, chicken, beans, lentils. Learn to cook these. Get your diet right, than look into exercise specifically strength training

Pharmacist here. Mounjaro is the new weight loss drug that actually works. You need a prescription. I have patients that have lost 50+ lbs in 6 months without dieting or exercise. There is a subreddit where these people exchange ideas at r/mounjaro that is worth checking out. This stuff costs $40]/mo th without insurance and people pay it because it is worth it.

Already tried this but I don't have enough discipline for this kind of extreme diet. I can only do 24h intermittent fasting. 48h is too much for me.

Very weird that only one person mentions coffee, as it seems the most obvious answer for me. This comes with its own problems though, tldr I've been drinking decaffeinated coffee for multiple years at this point. Sure on occasion I'll have a cup of regular coffee at a cafe, but at home it's all decaf.

When I was bodybuilding and cutting weight I used an ECA stack, ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. You can forego the aspirin if you prefer. Chinese medicine stores sell ephedrine as Ma Huang root. Again, comes with its own issues. Be careful because it sounds like your heart has had enough to deal with already.

Thanks anon and really you can use any other soluble fiber product as long as it has "soluble" in it as it absorbs the most water and gives you that feeling full feeling. Bear in mind that hunger can also be mental when trying to lose weight so you can take caffeine to also counter-act this

But honestly, you wont lose weight without being hungry at least some of the time. It isnt possible. Basically, you need to deal with it

Hunger is mediated by a hormone called "gherin" and its level drop after ~2 hours without food. If you don't eat, the hunger will go away on its own. It doesn't get incrementally and monotonically worse.
