My motivation has already dropped like a fucking stone after interacting with my manager once.

She just can't keep processes consistent and acts like it's my fault when things aren't presented like she wants. She can't fucking keep track of how we did things before.

She has created ANOTHER fucking piece of documentation outlining how work should be planned. I think we're up to 4 or 5 different versions of this on our intranet (they're all currently up).
