Cheese omelette. Three or four eggs, whisk it fluffy. Make sure your pan is piping hot before you pour it in... the cut the heat by half.

Flip it and immediately put on the cheese. That's a meal right there.

I do them over easy or simply crack them into the pan when making ramen which poaches them. The best way to make ramen is to put a can of tuna in your serving bowl, boil your water on high, add seasonings, add egg, reduce to medium to desired texture (leave the egg alone do not stir), pour into serving bowl and let it cool and absorb water, break the egg up and serve.
