Since i've been posting this in january 2022 EVERY single time some permabull nigger says "hfsp" or similar fomo-inducing prose. patience is very much rewarded in crypto just as in the stock market. there's no need to rush into buying when most bottoms are pretty rounded (even during covid crash, you had a couple of weeks to buy alts cheap, 10-15% above their leveragewick bottoms).

Not a chance. This is an end of year bleed for tax obligations. Then there's the January exit pump then profit taking for cash to keep the lights on. Then the long bleed.

Next year there should be one or two coins bucking the trend at least. The one accumulated for a year so it can be janked back into BTC around the halving for play money during the next run. Assuming interest rates and new regulations don't smother it all sometime between now and then.

i sold in november 2021, but desu, i've always been an altcoin maxi as opposed to btc. 70% of my portfolio (10% initially) was in Loopring at the time, other 30% was in stables. I dumped loopring around $3.20 as i was up almost 8x in a month and a lot of mouthbreathing normies were buying on reddit.

other top signals at the time :

> all the metaverse p2e vaporware crap was going to hundreds of mils
> point in case, decentraland was like top 30 with about 500 active users

i am certainly not a genius, if anything i'm likely to be on the left hand side of the bell curve. but still not buying here as i think there's more grinding pain to come.
