Short term: because it hasn't yet and for it not to in this market would be very surprising
Long term: because it is a solid project that will compete with the likes of NEO and Ethereum in the future. It is in this moment technically superior to NEO. There have already been 2 successful ICOs on the Metaverse platform. It is ridiculously undervalued.
