Been there anon. That was me after May 2021. Really fucked me up bad. I lost around $600k. Still in the green, but fuck does it still hurt. Just give it time and just try to have faith in the next bull run and start finding other things to keep you busy. Stay away from drugs and anything negative like that. You'll be fine in 6 months or so. Also don't ever trade on leverage.
