As a USfag, BitMart is usually my best bet for buying into newer shitcoin gambles straight from a CEX. If you can't find it there, then your next best bet would probably be going to one of the swaps like PancakeSwap or something. The fees suck when you swap like that but it is what it is. If you have an ETH or BNB-based shitcoin, you might also be able to swap for the shitcoin you want right it MetaMask.

TR has been quite problematic but now that the actual brains of the organization (e.g., Ed and Zaradar) have all pretty much left to contribute in their own way, I think TR will eventually just fade into obscurity once it becomes abundantly clear that they are now incapable of contributing anything of value besides fighting over the last shekels they can squeeze from the community pool to pay their discord jannies. I still have a lot of faith that we will see the a LUNC revival by the next bullrun since there is so much money tied up in it between big players like Binance and Cuckbase. I'm fine with just staking and compoonding for now.
