No. Maybe because was my first bear and cashed out a lot but this bear feels really painful (I did not cash out this time). The pain has been so deep, it penetrates you. It is a torture. Powell and the jews with their fud are keeping the market stagnant and stagflating to hide the fact that inflation is caused by the money printed because of the 2019 repo market. They will keep the market stagnant for long this time, while in 2018 stock market was ''ok''...so bitcoin should pull a bull run alone in 2024 this time, cause jews want the market go to stagflation for 2 years

Yeah it was bad but unlike today, the rise of low effort animal tokens made it easier to seperate shitcoins from legit projects. In 2017-2018 alot of projects sounded like legit pink sheets with Request Network, Ambrosus, Waltonchain etc. It was much harder to tell which ones were not going to make it through a bearmarket. It felt worse imo partly because I was a newfag.

Powell is doing a great job punishing people for being so greedy and voting for more gibs in 2020 and 2022. I want to see these Millennials struggle, then they’ll stop castrating kids and pushing weird social stuff onto the rest of us. None of that matters when it’s hard to put food on the table.

The difference about this is that the market is being influenced my macro conditions, in 2018 there was hopium because it was considered part of a cycle and MANY predicted the bottom believe it or not.
The current conditions we are in are very troubling because it's difficult to predict when the turnaround happens. I'm no perma bobo, there will eventually be light at the end of this tunnel, but when is honestly a fools game to play. We could very well crab for the next few years and I'd stay the fuck away from options for the next few years unless you are literally okay with gambling.

All I can say is that it's obvious that people placing dates on when we return to bull is a sign of the times, we all, as a collective of investors from institutions to retail, got too greedy. Until these perma bulls become unbelievers we have a long way to go. I don't believe in horoscope fag shit but it really does feel like we are being punished for our greed. i thought about this for a second and no it wasn't this is bad. Nobody really gave a fuck about crypto in 2018, they just heard a bunch of people got rich and a lot of people piled in (simliar to today) but it wasn't as blatantly rife with fraud and obvious illegality. It was covertly rife with fraud and less obviously attempting to subvert the law so it was ok?!
We're in trouble because a lot of the things that gave rise to the ecosystem are in danger. Bitcoin doesn't like interest rates, and also Bitcoin is not a store of value to hedge against inflation.

impossible to compare. 2018 was bad and the ensuing 3 years of crabbing made the whole thing feel like shit, but the 2021 boom justified a lot of bagholders and true believers, plus there were promising shitcoins scattered through it to hold people over. this time, however, things are completely different. major money is involved, there's much more government involvement and fud, few coins seem like they have huge potential, and there's simply less free capital floating around due to the consequences of violently overreacting to cuckvid 19. if crypto is going to have another resurgence, it's not going to be for at LEAST another year and more of these big exchanges eating shit

Celsius, FTX and many other cefi platforms collapsing is the biggest game changer. I think most normies can eventually cope with a -%90 on their shitcoins and return a few years later to make the same exact mistake.

But being locked out by an insolvent platform, not able to withdraw, getting mocked for it, receiving weekly legal jargon emails from a law firm on a pointless chapter 11 procedure and literally seeing your bankrupt exchange sucked dry by lawyer fees... I think that leaves a huge scar.
