Apparently it creates a torus wallet associated with your email address. So you just have to access your torus wallet and you can access the nft. You will have to switch to the correct address that the nft was sent to and switch to polygon network and you’ll see them. I recommend transferring out of the torus wallet and onto MetaMask. Took me so long to figure out, you need to go to web3auth.io site then go to products in top ribbon then to torus wallet. Once u get signed in you'll be back to that torus wallet tab. Then u need to make sure in the upper right your wallet is set to Trump Cards one and you need to change the network on the homepage from ethereum to polygon mainnet (right next to "Total Value")
