Just find a different job. Sales requires a very specific personality type to succeed in the long term and if you dont have it, youre ngmi. You can have the best product knowledge in the world, and you could even force yourself to be decent at selling by learning things like the sales loop, countering objections, etc.. but you will hate every second of it even if you managed to git gud. At the end of the day if you just dont like dealing with people, even if for good reason (ie; people are fucking retarded) then its a dead end for you.
