Started building my credit mid this year. At 739 right now. Dropped after one of the credit card companies I'm with decided to do a soft inquiry without my permission before asking if I wanted to raise my limit. Should go up next update though since I decided to improve the credit utilization section (was at 0 since I usually pay in full, bringing it to a near optimal 10%). After that there's only the credit history and types of credit sections which need improving, the first will improve itself and the second I believe is fairly insignificant. Hopefully I'll be in the 800's sometime next year.

I have no intention of staying poor. I plan on buying a tax sale, renovating it, then renting it out (short term rentals) in the very near future (within a year). I will probably be able to buy one with cash but would be renovating it on credit. I'd like to get the best rates possible for a personal loan for that for obvious reasons. Then I'll get to see if I can turn it into a proper business. You say I'm the "goodest of all the goyim" but my intention is to make enough money that I'm not forced into spending all my good years slaving away for other people before finally having enough money to retire when I'm too young to enjoy it. Credit isn't such a bad thing if you use it properly.

Went from $8k to $14k available credit on one of my cards with a single phone call last week. Will be requesting a limit increase on my 2nd card soon, after some hard pulls fall off my credit report in the next month or so. Don't forget to request a credit limit increase every 6 months per card anons. Hoping to balance transfer some cash into my brokerage account and pay it back with margin when the loan comes due, and finally, allowing dividends to pay off the margin debt faster than it accrues interest.
