If you give me your active client list, I will give you a 10% commission on all referrals for my services for “removing” said ghosts.
Furthermore, we can work up a deal where we “release” the ghosts at someone’s else’s place for a fee when the client wants to get revenge on someone. Then I will give you the newly-haunted address for a 10% referral fee for you to advertise your services.
We would need to get a second “remover” because the new client wouldn’t want me on their property after they find out that I had released a ghost there. The second “remover” would, of course, pay you a 10% referral fee.
