Why would Satoshi design something that doesn't scale ?

Compare the settlement time to visa. Btc is roughly 10 minutes. The transaction is instant, but the settlement can take a day or two. Lightning is similar to how visa works. As long as the funds are in your account/wallet, you're opening up a tab with the vendor and closing the tab periodically.

Fiat works fine but final settlement basically never happens since nobody takes ownership of their asset, they just leave it in the bank. Personally, I don't like jews holding anything for me.

do you think fiat is a legitimate currency backed by something ?
Do you think taxes are mandatory ?
Do you think it's possible for anyone that isn't of a ((particular)) bloodline to "own" land ?
Do you think voting for either party does anything ?
Do you think participating in these environments betters ones society, or do you do it purely out of cope as to not shatter any miniscule comfort you have deluded yourself into ?
Anyone that isn't actively trying to better ones tribe and become sovereign is the enemy.
You consume their filth, air, food, water.
Your mind is warped by their words.
They allow you to exist, you are indeed very useful to them

Satoshi fell for the scarcity equals value meme but went full autismo and placed a set supply on BTC. Even gold, while scarcer to accumulate these days, does not even have a set supply. When you place a set supply on something, doesn't mean it will retain any value in the future. The way BTC is crabbing, I'll be older and deader than warren buffet by the time i could roll with the year 2100 VIP BTCrew

Because he is not some infallible god, he's just a guy who makes a few mistakes and hasty decisions during design like everyone else.

it was posible to scale but they removed signature data in SEGWIT making sharding and plasma chains impossible. Forcing there to be only one scaling solution, lightning which doesnt pay fees to bitcoin miners

this is what i'm thinking those digital fortress builders have in mind

In laymans terms, built the koblitz curve out of mirrors and reduce the search space by bouncing lasers off of it. Looks for super turing speedups in the sha algorithm. Prove given a digest x that some nonces with certian prime factors score closer to the difficulty threshold than just iterating the nonce. etc etc.

NSA/GQHC would've been on top of advances in photonic and memristive computational paradigms,
this would be my hope.

Now, can I fab on graphene sheets made from hemp in my basement, to truely go hemp to hashes (not that hash but hash functions!)

It was always meant to scale, bsv is bitcoin

>> No.52731215

It does scale. We dont need to run nodes on gameboys. Just up the block size. 2mb and youve already doubled the throughput

Yes. Statoshi was fucking clear about that. Blocksize is meant to be increased.
Imho, it will be increased when needed but we just haven't reached that point yet (fees are still low enough). It would have been better if they'd just increased the size though instead of doing the segwit crap.
