You are lucky zoom zoom. Your other zoom zooms are basically going to be required to take up mandatory prostitution, BOTH sets, to afford food supplement 0B7-1 granules and their place in a roomshare.

My advice. Don't take other people's advice, unless it's advice on the back of a paint can about applying paint.

My other piece of advice. Get a cheap fixer upper house as a priority purchase even if it's not a dream home. It establishes a base of operations and actual outright hoom ownership. Freedom from the wagie debt cycle.

All of my dad's money goes to my mom, and my mom doesn't have a will. Will I get it anyway?

Zoomer with rich boomer parents here as well. They raised me well and I graduated from the top STEM uni in my region on their dime but I still can't find a job. I feel despondent and hopeless, but I couldn't imagine how much worse it would be if I had poor parents who didn't have a safety cushion prepared for me and if I had to get into debt for uni.

do your parents talk about the 70s a lot.
there are too many of pics of my father with an unironic afro.

My parents were raised in a despotic shithole but they do talk about fond memories in their childhood all the time. My father in his youth was stupid handsome although he was a manlet. I'm decent looking but my parents are unironically beautiful especially my dad. I think people, especially rich people, were a lot better-looking when boomers were in their prime.

my parents aged pretty well.
There is this pic of my father at his 50th birthday party and he legit looks 30.

where are your parents from?
My parents grew up in San Francisco

My parents look 20 years younger too. Dad is 70 but looks 50 and mom is 55 but looks 35. My parents grew up in Saddam's Iraq, my dad got a scholarship to study in London. After graduating he came back, married my mom, moved to Canada, and then moved back to the Middle East (Arab Gulf).

So instead of cherishing the lives of your parents you're thinking about how rich you will be once they're dead. You're a real scumbag loser you know that? But then you parents are probably idiots too since you ended up this way.

If you are a zoomer then why do you have such old parents? Are you sure they are not gen-x or millennial?

>> No.52720236

I wouldn't count on it. End of life medical costs can get insane beyond your imagination, you never know who will come out of the woodwork to contest a will or pilfer a trust, you don't know what shitty things your parents might be up to that they're keeping a secret, you personally could end up with a horrible illness that you can die in the face of or spend infinite dollars trying to fight, and so on and so on. You are in for a world of shit my boy if you don't correct this faulty mental way that you operate.

Everyone talks about the great wealth transfer from boomers to mil/gen z but from my own experience they seem hell bent on spending it on themselves either through vanities or stubbornly holding on to life through the use of Healthcare

Decaying boomer bodies is a huge part of what fuels our economy lil anon. Once your parents begin to decline, you will find out about the reverse mortgage they had in place in order to pay for dad’s 2nd kidney transplant. Begin investing in your own skills / business now while you can before the vultures come out bud.

There is when it's anticipating someone's death that you supposedly love. That money would be something I didn't look forward to because of the implications.

That'd be nice too. I also own a condo in chicago (where I live now) but I could sell that or keep that as a rental to supplement a more secluded place. Would love to get a former farm in the Michigan UP and use it for cannabis cultivation.

I dont even smoke but it would be a good cash cow and way to escape from the city from time to time.

I don't have landlord experience but renting it out sounds like a good way to bolster your cashflow. I've got our 2-story Florida waterfront house and New York property lined up, but a flyover state farm sounds interesting too, whether it's pot or tomatoes. Would go to Colorado if it's on par with the fly-over states' prices.

It's in the middle of nowhere anon. My aforementioned condo in chicago in a good neighborhood was double that and it's on the cheaper side. That being said chicago is by far the cheapest large american city and there are plenty of reasons for why. Pic rel is similar to my place and in the same neighborhood/school district

>>52721196
>2 story waterfront
2 mil minimum if it's near where I used to live/where our house is.
As far as flyover states to cultivate weed - colorado, michigan, or arizona are your best bets. Michigan is my target given proximity to me. I believe it's also legal to grow in VT and ME which may be better for you if youre in NY.
