Find an area you are interested enough in, shoot for something bearable and varied enough to keep your interest. Or an industry like software, engineering, design where your interests can be applied through the customers you work for. This is important to keep you interested in continuing to learn and caring about the problems you are solving and people you are helping.

Ensure a comfortable working environment. Like wfh, a lab, workshop, so you are not distracted or exhausted from the social bs at the office. This is an important one.

Get good at taking the lead and responsibility whenever possible. Take more than you are comfortable with. You will get comfortable with it and people will notice. If you make mistakes own it and explain to others where you fucked up.

Keep track of your successes/ value (if they exist). If you work for yourself keep up with case studies and testimonials. If you work for others ask for raises regularity.

INTPs fuck themselves over the most by defaulting blame for their lives on other people. This gives easy excuses to do nothing and when nothing improves then a new round of excuses are made. Taking any kind of ownership of your life or doing anything differently at random and measuring the results is an improvement. I have had some good brilliant INTP friends but the endless excuses to keep doing fuck all is depressing.
