If GameStop were smart they would start publishing games. Help publish indie games that they can then offer exclusive digital discounts on that other stores can’t or won’t. This bring people to the site. They just never made the infrastructure to do that, and have mostly failed to make a transition from offline to online sales. There is very little reason to buy physical from GameStop. Other retailers do it faster, have more reach, and better UIs. The lack of hardware sales and uses hardware sales, which is really what made them a lot of money, is hurting them now. New consoles aren’t coming out fast enough, or they simply isn’t enough supply of the consoles, or demand for them. With online only versions of consoles now being a thing with dedicated online shops, GME has got innovate in the next year or so in the way they sell and market games themselves, or transition to being the best in a different market altogether has good demand. The NFT is not gonna cut it. You can believe in MOASS, but it must certainly be true then that RC is not doing enough to actually start it. You’d really have to wonder why at it this point if you think DTCC committed security fraud.

Because MOASS implies they will have to buy all the shares being sold. So that theory really doesn’t include a time frame of long it can last. The SHF are the ones who have to buy and it’s irrelevant to the price increase if they shut off buy buttons from exchanges. What is much more likely to happen is that either ComputerShare remains inactive for weeks as their site can’t handle the traffic that even normal pumps have produced since people started DRSing, making the sell orders take much much longer to reach the market. The SEC is also likely to simply delist the stock to prevent a system wide financial failure, and take the entire thing through years of legal arbitration. And finally, the SHF could negotiate to simply buy the company directly, which results in a stock buyback, which sells the shares from the company directly for a flat share price. You can see previous stock buybacks for how that works for retail and sell price. It would require RC and the board to refuse very generous offers which they would be unlikely to do for a non profitable company leaking money.

they're more powerful than gaming laptops. most gaming laptops need an outlet to be plugged into, or they lose a great deal of performance. also it can emulate better than a lot of setups, and has next to no issues emulating rspc3. beyond that you can literally expand the storage with an SD card, and get around the battery life issue with a portable charging block to extend playtime to 12hrs. it's going to be this generations PSP. also IT CAN DUAL BOOT. that in itself is a big deal, and means you can use it as a work station on the go if you have a c-usb dock. i mostly bought it though, because i want to play games in bed without having to adjust my posture to play on my desktop.

So? Less shares being traded makes it easier for them to maintain the price (for now) but it also makes the price go up faster on a run-up, and if it goes up they have less control on the upward momentum, especially as more shares become directly registered.
DRS doesn't make it easier to short, it just makes it cheaper to short because there's less shares needed to move the price down, and while the amount of capital it costs to bring the price down may be reduced, they're still not making any money on the underlining. They short it to prevent volatility momentum, not for profit. And as has been discussed ad infinitum, the current price doesn't matter, what matters is the day when they're forced to fulfill their obligations.
